Evening Light Runswick Bay

Runswick Bay brings many childhood memories. I cycled here often as a young teenager, and many times I caught the bus here and walked from the main road. I always loved walking down to the shore through the steep paths with my head above the rooftops or the rooftops at eye level. Then I would come into view of people sitting outside the pub watching the sea come in with a pint in hand. I used to think that sometime I would like to paint this tumbling view. It was much less built up then and the road to the sea front was much rougher.
