Robin Hoods Bay

Robin Hood’s Bay is possibly the most ‘quaint’ and picturesque of the Yorkshire seaside towns, still mostly inaccessible to traffic with the steep winding streets that take you down right to the sea’s edge. When the tides in the waves crash seemingly right into the town. This view from a few hundred yards along the coast captures the sweep of the town into the sea and how precarious the building seems with the sea so close.
